Control Of Reproduction Predicted By Researcher

SAN FRANCISCO A sex researcher says the United States may one day control reproduction while liberalizing sex laws. Paul Gebhard of Indiana University warned overpopulation pressures will push control, but liberalizing reforms will be slow. Psychologist W Cody Williams agreed, noting political hostility to liberal sex laws. A Stanford UC Berkeley study found 80 percent say premarital sex by men is acceptable and 75 percent say it is acceptable for women, signaling eroding double standards. Youth today exhibit healthier attitudes toward sex and less obsession as access increases.
