Pupils May Get Chance To Write Cruiser Slogans
Middletown Safety Council approved a plan to involve students in creating safety slogans for police cars. A committee will coordinate with Lt. James Combs of the Traffic Bureau to run a continuing contest using slogans on ten surplus rear plates. The council will set rules and hopes to begin soon. The annual Safety Council Christmas party is set for December 20 at 4 PM, with next meetings at the Civic Association Girl Scout room.
