William Schmidt 86 formerly of Middletown died Wednesday in Hodge Louisiana. He was superintendent of the Advance Bay Co later transferred to the company plant in Hodge and retired in 1951. Surviving are two daughters including Mrs. George Herbey of Dayton, five sons and 15 grandchildren. Funeral services and burial will be held in Hodge.
