Court Justices Disagree In Georgia Governor Case
The Supreme Court debated Georgia’s method to choose a next governor during oral arguments. Justices pressed whether the court has authority on this state matter and whether an election by the legislature conflicts with the 14th Amendment and one man one vote. A ruling is expected before Georgia’s Legislature convenes January 9.
