Los Angeles AP reports the county paid psychiatrist Dr Seymour Pollack $10811 for services in the Sirhan Bishara Sirhan trial. District Attorney Evella Younger called the bill modest, while Hahn questioned its reasonableness. Pollack testified Sirhan, though mentally ill, had undiminished capacity. Sirhan remains on death row at San Quentin.
