Franklinite named to Warren Metropolitan Housing Authority
LEBANON David B. Smith, director of the Warren County Council on Aging and Franklin resident, was appointed to represent Franklin on the Warren Metropolitan Housing Authority replacing Kyle William Cook. Smith, 25, said he will push for the Harding House elderly complex at Fourth Street and Sunnybrook Drive, as bids were signed by Canal Housing Authority, Franklin, WMHA and Wallich Developers for HUD approval.
