Kent State University trustees approved a provisional 42.7 million dollar budget for 1971 72. Undergraduate Ohio resident tuition rises from 224 to 254 per quarter while out of state tuition increases to 604 from 524. Graduate state fees go 224 to 304 and non resident fees from 524 to 654. A campus trespassing rule was repealed and replaced with a policy allowing presidents to enforce no trespassing as needed.
