School Land Site Reserved on Breiel
Developers of Chatham Village plan a 12 percentacre apartment project at Breiel Boulevard and Bonita Drive. The Board of Education agreed to reserve land for a school site amid prior objections that the 488 unit project would overcrowd nearby schools. Planning officials noted the board formed a committee to shape policy on future developments. The commission approved preliminary plans after the land-reservation agreement was revealed.
