Carter rafting trip ends today on Idaho Salmon River
President Carter concludes a three day river trip on Idaho's Middle Fork of the Salmon River. The journey included a seven foot waterfall drop, oar repair delays, and stops for fishing and meals with family and aides. The trip precedes a Yellowstone visit with hikes and horseback riding planned.
