Warren cancer dinner set in Lebanon at Methodist Church
The Warren County Unit of the American Cancer Society will hold its annual dinner September 16 at the Lebanon United Methodist Church on East Silver Street. Social hour begins at 5 30 p m with dinner at 6 30 p m and guest speaker Steve Hoffman, longtime Cincinnati Enquirer editor and public relations director for the Cincinnati Royals, will share his insights. Awards will honor volunteers, organizations and businesses supporting the society. Reservations: 932 6899.

Middletown and Lemon Monroe high schools vocational guidance counselors will attend the Ohio State Fair to answer questions on vocational education. Bob Womack of Middletown and Dick Hopper of Lemon Monroe will staff the display booth for the Ohio Vocational and Ohio School Counselors associations. Presentations will stress guidance in helping Ohio youth access vocational training opportunities.
