Delmar Dean Day Jr., 35, already in the Ohio Penitentiary for a parole violation, received an additional term in Butler County Common Pleas Court. He pleaded guilty to unarmed robbery of Danny Robinson at Clark's Oil Co. on December 28, 1968, with Robinson reportedly losing 90 dollars at knifepoint. Day was sentenced to one to 25 years to run consecutively. Lykins' hearing was continued.
