Howerton seeks disability retirement ruling for Middletown chief
Middletown Police Chief James Howerton has asked the state Police and Fireman Disability and Pension Board in Columbus to determine if he qualifies for disability retirement after a heart attack four months ago. Jetliner crash in Syria kills 125 at Damascus airport
