Servicemen News Highlights Army Recruits and Graduates
Several service members are noted for training and postings. Army private David E. Bush of Germantown earned paratrooper wings after three weeks at Ft Campbell Ky and is a 1958 Germantown High School graduate. Army sergeant Billie C. Stout of Eaton completed the 3rd Armored Division NCO Academy in Hanau Germany, and is assigned as a welder with the 122nd Ordnance Battalion in Gelnhausen. Air Force recruit Walter Y. Curtis will be stationed at Lackland AFB San Antonio for four weeks then sent to technical training. he is a Middletown High School graduate. Army private James F. Robinson of Napa Street Herndon Va joined the 71st Artillery after basic training at Ft Knox Ky. he previously worked for Reedy’s Foods and is a 1954 Napoli High School graduate. Recruit Marjorie A. Hatfield completed eight weeks of basic training at the Women’s Army Corps Center Ft McClellan Ala. she is Lebanon High School 1957 graduate and former employee of Ohio National Life Insurance Co.
