Oil price freeze may be extended into August

The Cost of Living Council says the Phase 4 oil industry regulations are not ready. The petroleum price freeze was extended to August 19, delaying lifting of the freeze for oil. Officials expect a Friday release, but time to implement before a Monday lift remains tight.
