Columbus Ohio AP Ohio might receive 39 million dollars this year to ease mass transportation problems in major cities. State Transportation Director J Phillip Richley said Ohio expects 1688 million this fiscal year from the Federal Highway Act of 1973. The three year act opens the door for mass transit and local options for funding.
