In Addis Ababa at Menelik Palace Emperor Haile Selassie hosts lavish dinners for 2000 with 40 musicians and dancers as a Chihuahua laps in the throne. Since his wife’s death this year the 72 year old monarch wanders his ornate Ethiopian palaces amid immense wealth.
