Antique railroad car found after theft near Morrow

Second prisoner moved from Warren jail to Lebanon facility
A second prisoner at the Warren County Justice Center was ordered transferred to the Lebanon city jail after he told authorities he feared for his safety. Allen Blankenship, serving a six month parole violation, was moved after a conference with Judge William W. Young and officials. Earlier, Becky Syphers, 19, of Canton, was moved to Lebanon after she claimed she was told to lie to a grand jury investigating Sheriff Roy Wallace. Syphers said she feared for her safety as witnesses could be called again. Turkelson planned to comment Tuesday to address rumors.
