Two Army Helicopters Collide Near Saigon Killing 16

The U S Command reports six helicopters lost during a night assault near Saigon including a midair collision that killed 16 American and South Vietnamese soldiers with no survivors. Three other helicopters were lost to enemy fire in eight hours near the demilitarized zone.
