Akron Ohio AP University faculties will comment on a new master plan for Ohio higher education. Chancellor Millett said an outline of major issues and alternatives will go to the regents at the May meeting. He proposed inviting all state institutions and faculty groups to comment on the guidelines. The 1963 master plan is being updated by about 35 university committees.
