In Adairsville Georgia a local fortune from banker W A Graham grown to 31 850 after interest poses a dilemma for the city council. With about 990 residents and 12 mills in taxes the town has no park or recreational facilities and plans for how to spend the windfall are unclear. The late Graham promised to return what he had taken from the town.
