Representative Barry Levey of Middletown was appointed by House Speaker Charles F. Kurfess to the Legislative Service Commission study panel. The group will study public sector collective bargaining authority and possible legislation to govern labor disputes between public employees and employers. Levey, a three term member, also serves on the House State Government committee and is vice chairman of the Judiciary committee.
