Toledo flood survivors return as National Guard guards loot risk

Residents returned to flood battered areas along Lake Erie as police and about 75 National Guard MPs guarded against looting. Air crash near Basel kills 106 tourists and crew

Lakes Erie Ontario flood victims flee as winds ease
