USPS Seeks Two Cent Stamp Rise and Escrow Evasion Hope
The U S Postal Service proposes raising first class stamps from 37 to 39 cents and cards from 23 to 24 cents while urging Congress to drop the escrow requirement that binds $3.1 billion annually.
