Diller to Perform with Dayton Philharmonic in April
Phyllis Diller will join the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra for a final Coffee Concert at Memorial Hall on Wednesday April 12 at 10 a.m. Tickets cost 5 dollars and are sold by the Dayton Philharmonic office. The show features music by Duke Ellington Fats Waller Earl Fatha Hines and Cab Calloway with a Harlem era tap routine and nostalgic nods to Connie's Inn Smalls Paradise Cafe the Cotton Club and the Savoy. A national tour is produced by Tom Mallow with prior hits including My Fair Lady and Don't Bother Me I Can't Cope. George to Exhibit Four Oil Paintings in Middletown
AIM announces a four work oil painting exhibition by George at the Arts in Middletown hallway gallery beginning in April. George, a Middletown Fine Arts Center instructor and nationally known artist, has shown at the Whitney and is represented by Carl Solowys Not in New York Gallery in Cincinnati along with other agents.
