Ordinance authorizes $1,140,000 notes in anticipation of bonds to acquire land and build a municipal golf course at Weber Sebald Park. Notes up to 7 percent, private sale at par, funded by a new annual tax levy and golf course income. Emergency measure to start construction promptly and protect public property.
