Out of Jail After New Year Bail for Connolly and Tweed Pattern

Brigham Young Remanded on 1857 Murder Charge
Brigham Young is jailed under U S Marshal custody on a murder indictment returned by a Grand Jury in September. Bail was refused by Judge McKean amid a reported half million bail. The charge alleges Young directed Hickman and two others to kill a man in Echo Canon and to take the victim’s money. The victim’s bones were later found at the scene after Hickman’s arrest.
