Crash Victims Seek 200000 Damages in 1950 Collision
A $200,000 damage suit was filed in Circuit Court on Wednesday by Indemnity Insurance Co. of North America on behalf of 18 Atlantic Construction Co. employees. They were riding in a company truck when it collided with an automobile driven by Melba Bonds Forest near Princeton on state Road No. 5. One worker was killed and the others injured. the suit names Walter Young, Dave Jackson, Andrew Stafford, James W. Josey, Willie Hubbard, John Hughley, Joe Brown, James Ballard, Otis O Neal, Will Reece, W. D. Bryant, Mathis Bryant, Paul Bryant, John Starkes, Robert Nesmith, Roosevelt Swain and Eddie Robinson as injured parties.
