More than three hundred delegates attend the 33rd Annual Conclave of Phi Delta Kappa Sorority at Booker T. Washington High School beginning Friday at 10 a.m. Alpha Delta chapter hosts with Maggie Scott as basileus. Dr. Arthur D. Gray of Talladega College will speak at morning services at Greater Bethel AME Church. The Talladega Alumni Gulf Coast Regional meeting follows, with attendees from Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
