Missouri House passes 21.5 million fund bill amid GOP protests
The Missouri House approved a 21.5 million special appropriation by a 101-37 vote, despite charges of railroading and gag rule tactics. The measure, reduced from Hearnes's request by 2 million, proceeds to the Senate and was fast-tracked with rapid votes, while opponents warned of limited discussion and potential cuts to college aid and public programs.

Wheat Sales to China Reported by Agriculture Dept
The Agriculture Department said export documents show about 15 million bushels of U.S. wheat designated for China under a special export program. The department noted sales may involve third parties for re export and subsidies to exporters to boost competitiveness.
