She was born February 5 1892 in Warren County to Herman and Minnie Luckman Sanker and married Louis Hanke February 21 1917 at Warrenton. Surviving are sisters Amelia Granger Carlinville Illinois Edna Roeve Hermann and brother Fred Sanker Warrenton. two sisters and two brothers preceded her. Memorials to St John s building fund.

BOWLING GREEN The Pike County Coroner J Q Mudd and Sheriff Dave Jenkins ruled the death of Martha E Williams 29 as self-inflicted by hanging. She was found in her room at Pike County Memorial Hospital in Louisiana at 7 05 am Thursday. Funeral services were at 10 am today at the Episcopal Church in Louisiana with burial in Riverview Cemetery at Jefferson City. Surviving are her husband Paul E Williams a lawyer and former state representative with four step children and two brothers Michael Shaw of Los Angeles and John Shaw of Columbia.

Second Fire Kills Two Young Boys in Eminence
Eminence Missouri sheriff reports a second fatal blaze at a west Eminence house early today. Two boys aged 11 and 12, Michael Gray and Dennis Pratt, died in the upstairs bedroom. Their father, burned rescuing them, and Mrs. Gray, injured, were in Mountain View hospital. Firemen fought the initial 11 p.m. blaze and a second at 2 a.m. in the Ozarks town of about 620 residents 75 miles northwest of Poplar Bluff.

Firefighters retrieved two charred bodies from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. chemical plant ruins after a massive blast destroyed 25 percent of the $50 million complex. Isoprene unit explosions sent fireballs high into the air eight miles south of Beaumont on Interstate 10. About 125 to 150 workers fled as four smaller blasts followed.
