FBI identified Frederick Henry Helberg a 43 year old South St. Paul welder and carpenter as a second man charged with Hobbs Act extortion in the abduction of Eunice Kronholm 46 of Lino Lakes. Helberg was to be arraigned in Minneapolis while James William Johnson 35 of Lakeville faced related charges after his arrest. About $9,900 of the $200,000 ransom was recovered Thursday and most of the money had been recovered earlier leaving only $100 short.
