The Laddonia Jaycee Wives met June 11 with 12 members. Mrs. Christopher, president, presented a $100 Vocational-Technical Scholarship to Miss Juanita Lynn, who will attend the Mexico Area Vocational School. Fundraising activities include a Fourth of July raffle and a quilt display at the library. Summer Recreation runs biweekly June 25 to Aug 20 with prizes for bicycle and costume contests. swimming party planned with a committee and refreshments provided for area children.
