PSC Chairman Pledges Aid To Public Counsel
Jefferson City Missouri April 12 AP The Missouri Public Service Commission chairman pledged full cooperation with James Crenshaw the acting public counsel in cases before the PSC He said a staff attorney will assist him and other staff members including accountants engineers and economists will provide information The open meetings law case restricts secret meetings while Crenshaw is appointed The commission will notify him of all applications and proceedings to ensure broader public input in PSC decisions
