Mexico City AP report states President Echeverria will order the highest funeral honors for muralist David Alfaro Siqueiros who died at 77 from cancer. His body will lie in state 24 hours at the Palace of Fine Arts and burial is set for noon Tuesday at Dolores Cemetery Rotunda of Illustrious Men. Known for bold color and social themes, Siqueiros helped complete the Mexican muralist triumvirate with Orozco and Rivera.

Cold high pressure lowers Missouri temperatures across the state
Missouri skies cleared overnight as a cold high pressure system settled in. Daytime highs were projected in the teens north to the 30s south under clear to partly cloudy skies with overnight lows around 10 to 20. Higher Fee For Licenses To Be Urged
