AMARILLO TX AP John Glenn Lawrence was abducted from his Nevada home Monday and rescued by police here. The babysitter Sharon Lee Bancherau 19 was charged with kidnapping after the pair were found Friday night off a bus from Tucumcari NM. The 15 month old boy is healthy aside from a fever and hospitalized for observation. The boy is the sole surviving child of the Lawrences. A six year old died of viral pneumonia a day before John’s abduction and a pregnancy loss occurred.
