The Homemakers club held a Christmas supper and gift exchange at Mrs. John Wyss's home with members bringing covered dishes. The Audrain County Historical Society receives four chairs in memory of Charles A. Smith of Oakland. Dr. Elenore Schewe of Vandalia donates them for the Saddle Horse Museum.
