Camera's Eye Captures The Gleam

New York photographer Joshua Hendon specializes in color portraits of children in relaxed studio scenes with a zoo of toys. He works in New York Boston and Miami and aims to reveal each child’s inner quality through natural unposed expressions. Hendon takes over 100 photos per sitting and often frames popular sizes like 16 by 20 and 20 by 24 inches. 95 percent of his subjects are children including babies and family portraits. He believes a child’s beauty lies in the eyes and pursues a truthful depiction parents recognize and value.
