Kevorkian faces court in death by own action case
Dr. Jack Kevorkian wheeled into a packed Royal Oak courtroom to face a charge in the Oct. 22 death of Merian Frederick as supporters shouted “Free Jack now.” The hearing aims to determine if there is enough evidence to try him, with prosecutors already pursuing related charges in Wayne County.
