In Annapolis and Mechanicsville Maryland two letters praise Chamberlains Pain Balm for rheumatism and deep muscular pains. A reader from Annapolis recommends it as the best preparation and a Mechanicsville seller notes a customer saying it made him well. Sold by druggists and medicine dealers at 59 cents per bottle.
A finder is asked to return a set of trunk keys to the office. The notice seeks the return of the keys to the responsible office.
Notice advises canning of Bartlett pears and instructs to wait until about October 1 when Geo. Schornick will have a large crop for sale. The item highlights the seller and timing for a forthcoming harvest sale.
O. C. Felton and M. I. Pomeroy announce the dissolution of their partnership by mutual consent. Felton will continue the business.
The line runs three weekly trips with no night travel. Stages depart Mesa on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday at 5 am, arriving Globe next day at 6 am, with return departures from Globe at 6 am on those days and arrivals in Mesa at 6 pm the next day. The butchering firm Geo W Lewis & Co is dissolved by mutual consent. L R Lewis and D S Lewis continue as L R Lewis & Bro. Debts to the late firm payable to Geo W Lewis who will settle indebtedness to date. Dated Sept 1, 1896.
Mountain Time schedule shows northbound departures from Phoenix at 830 am and 740 am and arrivals at Prescott 233 pm and 410 pm and Ash Fork 520 pm and 1201 pm. Southbound departures from Ash Fork 2 pm and 7 am and Prescott 7 am and 655 am with Phoenix arrivals 345 pm and 4 pm.
