Canal purchase proposed by Arizona Improvement for Yuma Valley
The 8ate of Arizona Improvement Company plans to offer to buy the canal owned by the Yuma Valley Land and Water Company. The deal includes water delivery to farmers at a set rate that lowers as cultivation averages rise. Farmers doubt the plan will be entertained as Union Company machinery is due to arrive soon and be erected.
