An old advertisement touts Buecklen's Arnica Salve as the best salve for cuts bruises sores ulcers salt rheum fever sores tetter chapped hands chilblains corns and all skin eruptions. It guarantees satisfaction or money refunded and lists a price of 25 cents per box, with sale through John Barnett.
Notice defining the extent of a settlement claim posted outside the technical quarter section is valid for notifying later settlers. An actual mineral discovery is required to locate a mining claim. A location certificate cannot prove mineral character without mineral discovery evidence. Gold in non paying quantities does not bar agricultural entry of the land.
Readers are informed that catarrh is curable in all its stages. Hall's Catarrh Cure is claimed to cure constitutionally by affecting the blood and mucous surfaces. Proponents offer one hundred dollars for any case it fails to cure and invite testimonials. Sold by druggists for 75 cents.
The Governor of Arizona offers a reward of five hundred dollars for the arrest and conviction of the murderers of F W Smith, murdered at his home three miles east of Phoenix in Maricopa County on February 11, 1895. The proclamation is dated February 14, 1895, and signed by Louis C Hughes and officials.
A Lincoln Nebraska letter from F W Stevens of the Knights of the Maccabees reports two children cured of a stubborn cough after using Dr King's New Discovery. He endorses the medicine and notes guaranteed results and free trial bottles at local outlets priced 50c and 1.00.
Land Office at Tucson Arizona gives notice that Elizabeth Anderson widow of e Anderson has filed for final proof on her claim and will present proof before the Clerk of the District Court in Phoenix on March 30 1895 for NE Section 24 Township 1 North Range 5 East. Witnesses to prove residence and cultivation are Fred Weeks James R Wilson William Irwin and Samuel Hall all of Mesa Arizona. First pub Feb 22
