Roundlap bale press praised by Arkansas gin owner
A. J. Clements of Clem ents & Paniel in Lonoke Ark praised the American Cotton Company Roundlap bale press after using it to compress about 4 000 bales at his gin. He says the Roundlap nets $2 50 to $3 00 more per bale than the old press and that tests showed higher returns for farmers. The firm plans to abandon its former press.
