Corp Hadden Returns Lost Leg After Paschendale
Corp Hadden of Kermaria arrived Tuesday from Toronto convalescent bowme after overseas service with the 24th Battalion. He lost his right foot when shellfire wiped out his rifle section near Paschendale and Lens. He dragged himself to a dressing station six miles back and will be fitted with an artificial limb in Toronto during a month long furlough.
