Star City Sets Plowing Match On June 12
The Star City Grain Growers Association hosts a plowing match on June 12 at John A. Macdonald’s farm, 1.5 miles southwest. Prizes in several classes include cash, clothing, riding gear, and special awards for best four and three horse turnouts. Tractor competition also offered with horsepower adjustments.
