Ohio County Surveyor Amendment Act Passed 1838
The document records an act to amend the act creating the office of County Surveyor and defining duties, with provisions for appointment, oath, bond, and certification by county authorities. It notes the act’s passage date and includes attestation by an auditor. A closing note from Halliday, Auditor of Meigs County, appears, linking to a broader colonial context and remarks on health and climate effects in distant regions.
