The exciting struggles Between the record breaking crop of candidates for places on the Republican ballot for various county offices to be filled at the november election wore settled decisively despite this Large vote when returns came in from Bradford where a tremendous vote within 700, of the Complete registration was polled and which resulted in almost clean sweep for Bradford candidates. On the democratic ticket there was Only one for county com missioner. T. F. Hung Ivilo making a clean sweep in has Home town Smethport and the adjoining town ships and receiving a big vote in Bradford and other precincts of the county leads the race with a total to Date of 663 votes.
