Matteson approves Golden Park subdivision start
The Matteson Village Board authorized a residential permit for LandVision Development Group for 111 single family homes and 88 town houses on a 63 acre site near Old Matteson, with neo traditional design around a central wetland. Homes priced 129000 to 150000 dollars for singles and 110000 to 125000 for town houses. Construction may begin in spring 1999 pending final engineering.
