Panterra Mortgage proposes annexation at Vollmer and Cicero in Matteson to build 303 multifamily units and 470 single family homes on a 26 acre parcel. The plan aims to add about 1,890 people and nearby commercial space, with density discussions and a near two to one single to multifamily ratio strategy considered by the plan commission.
The Elemen tary School District 159 board voted to adopt a budget totaling 2,636,260 with 1,771,000 for educational purposes and 615,000 for building funds. They approved expanded bus service and rejected bids to renovate Old Sedan Prairie, planning central offices in future projects.
