Planners patience thin with third presentation
Matteson plan commissioners expressed exasperation Thursday night over developer David Jackson of Sirles & Son Realty and his third presentation of revised drawings. The board said proposed density, public land, and noncompliant parcels do not meet eight units per acre and 147 acres overall. They urged clarity on land use, flood detention, fire and school needs, and asked for new, compliant drawings.
