Fabiano sues city officers for 60 million over abuse case

Palos Hills seeks 15 000 in compensatory and 10 million in punitive damages per count against three police officers and the city. Sandra Fabiano, acquitted on charges involving a 3 year old, alleges malicious prosecution and civil rights violations. City and officers denounced the suit as ridiculous while a settlement could take years.
